It has been reported due to the quelling event in the Geheimnisnacht mod not working correctly for twins, but I'd say it's a vanilla issue: if two twins are born, any event set to fire on_birth targets only one of them.

This remains broken, at least for 'on_post_birth': the events are only run for the second of the twins (based on the ID number).
Noticed that in my mod when I saw that half of the twins were missing the modified portraits and traits that should've been given through those on action events.

Also confirmed for basic on_birth: none of the events trigger for one of the twins. Which breaks quite a few checks, especially in mods such as CK2Plus.

But even in vanilla: only one twin gets the the bastard checks. So you end up with one twin who's a bastard, and one who isn't.
