Types of Government "Hurt and Heal"

Inspired by the most random of comments by mandead (he said he wanted credit :p ) Oh, by the way, he likes Noble Republic, so let's vote against it ;)

Let's see if you guys remember how this is done. ;)
Rules:
  1. You may "hurt" one government twice, "hurt" two governments once, or "hurt" one and "heal" one. Please don't "heal" twice as it makes the game take forever. So please "hurt" at least one government.
  2. Your vote can be for any reason.
  3. Please copy and paste the list with the changes in bold. (The starting values for each government is 7).
  4. And don't spam vote! Once per hour is fine.
  5. This is for IN 3.1 only, so if you don't know what the national ideas do go to Europa Universalis III\common\governments.txt (sorry no wiki page) and find out
  6. If two people voted before you at the same time, try to take into account both votes, thank you

Hurt Theocratic government - It is a very pointless evolutionary dead-end, the only light at the end of the tunnel is the very small chance of becoming the papacy, which might be just as bad.

Heal Constitutional republic - it gives a nice income boost, and with IN the elections are more than enough to compensate for the loss of Royal Marriages. Add to that a nice adm. eff. and it is more or less the best gov in the game. Getting it is always my plan.

Hurt: Merchiepublic - Craptastic benefits that don't compensate for the early advantages of monarchy (ability to be HR Emperor, RM's)

Heal: Empire! You're an Emperor! Who needs other reasons? If you do - good centralization limit, good admin efficiency early, can move to Noblepublic when it's available, and morale is nice early.

Administrative Republic: Trading nation plus administrative republic = even more obscene amounts of money. ;). It's pretty damn nice, especially fairly early in the game for the income boost it can provide.

Despotic Monarchy: Bleh. Yay, I get to conquer some lands a few years earlier than I might of done otherwise. It's a bloody 400-year game, for Christ's sake. Sure, Cabinet NI's pretty much mandatory for speeding up expansion, but this doesn't even do that - it just moves the timeline forward a tad.

Heh, I am actually, partly, partial to tribal federation. I think the trade income brought in is quite amazing and can set off some of the early tech differences. Now... I wouldn't recommend staying at a federation :D

Feudal Monarchy is an obsolete form of government in 1299, much less 1399.

I like 8 years between elections and early republics and the "prince" title. Also, I like change, and Papal Government never brings change.

I usually don't switch out of Empire to Noble Republic, as really like the higher centralization limit.
