Description
If Carol II has not been removed/straightened and is puppeted by communists and becomes a people's republic, the ''Carol II's lifestyle'' events and national spirit remains forever, as it requires independence to deal with.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Be communist.
2. Puppet Romania before Carol II is dealt with through national focuses.
3. You now have a people's republic with Carol II debuffing it through random hedonist events. Communist Romania can never remove him as they are a puppet and can't take the required focuses.
