Description
Despite Ireland being a member of the Axis and at war with England, they still offer to return Northern Ireland to them, even though the area was already occupied by Irish forces. This does not make any sense for a Fascist Ireland, as the event is designed to allow Ireland to receive Northern Ireland and join the Allies. The tooltip claims Ireland would leave the Axis and join the Allies, but this does not happen. The transfer of Northern Ireland still takes place, resulting in the state being owned instead of occupied by Ireland.
In short: Fascist Ireland gets MacDonald Proposal while at war with UK, accepting it changes NI occupation to ownership, remaining at war with UK.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Play as Ireland with Historical AI on.
2. Turn fascist.
3. Join the Axis and get involved in a war with the UK.
4. Wait for the event to fire.
5. Accept the proposal.
