A placeholder in DR_IDEOLOGICAL_ACCEPTANCE:0 is wrong which causes the country name to be missing in the localized string. This seems to affect all languages.
Steps to Reproduce
- complete NF "Align Romania" as GER
- hover over "invite to faction"
- expected: "Romania is likely to accept Fascist pressure: 85"
