What do you mean exactly? Should the new condition be added in 75012 and 75017 and alternate events created then?

Ok, i understand 75012, its the French family La Marck from berri that tried to inherit brabant. Well then 75012 seems fine. and also 75017 as well, they should fire as normal,
75017 will fire if KLE does not exist and
75012 needs option A and b reversed, why does KLE get 2 chances to inherit GEL, france only supported GEL and not KLE?

Yes, I understand it is easy for AI Cleves to crush the rebellion because of the land path but not always. Anyway, Dutch provinces owned by Cleves should defect. If Guelders survives, Dutch revolts will only happen in two provinces and Guelders will join the Republic. However, Cleves is not exempted from the Dutch revolts and, IMHO, odds for seing Netherlands form from two provinces can't be higher than from four.

I really think the capital move for BUR to the low countries is a must even if brabant does not get annexed by BUR.
we need an event
1- if HAU exists and zeeland is BUR owned , move capital to zeeland, sleep event 2 below

2 -if Hau exists and zeeland not owned by BUR and holland owned by BUR move capital to holland.

I feel that BUR not getting the dutch culture and all its events will be detremental to BUR, SPA and neherlands in the long run,..........plus ENG will eye the low countries for conquest

Or France first... but even if it is detrimental to Burgundy and Spain, Burgundy will not be exempted of the Dutch revolts if capital is not in Brussels and AI France will not be able to face Dutch revolts and Wars of Religion at the same time.
Only interest here is the formation of the Netherlands in the end, even if not perfect.

Merry Christmas to all in the meantime.

And to all the non christians, well , greetings

just a quick visit while i work on the brabant issues, but why does BUR retain french culture when they have gone in another direction ?

It could be plausible but what about Champagne and Ile de France? Burgundy could own many French cores in the area (remark is not tied to the loss of the French culture by Burgundy but problem for Dauphiné becoming France). Or key provinces could be owned by another country... like England.

Of course Burgundy could cede French cores (but certainly not her own in the area) but will it be sufficient for Dauphiné?

my suggestions for BUR capital if Brabant exists, I do not see why BUR should miss out on dutch culture just because Brabant was not annexed, also the economic centre of BUR was in flanders

We only need an event to say:

IF event 28006 fires ,
DAU will become FRA

The capital of this new FRA will be where it is and events will follow the normal course.....we are talking about from 1447

Yes but if Dauphiné never became France before, Champagne was never controlled and Ile de France never owned. Does it make sense seeing France popping up from "nowhere" in this case?

About post #2026, it is possible now because the Great Bastard will be the ruler of Brabant. Action names mention Brussels but is Brussels located in the corresponding provinces?
We should have another event in order to relocate the capital in Brabant as soon as possible when province will be owned, if ever. Remember [Brussels] flag is used for Burgundian events according to such move towards the Lowlands (especially for the Dutch revolts) in original event but this flag is not set with the proposed new events.

don't we already have DAU_361000 to cover this area?

Greate Pier Donia did fight with the GEL as per below

the Black Band, a Landsknecht regiment in the service of George, Duke of Saxony was quartered. The regiment was charged with suppressing the civil war between the Vetkopers, who opposed Burgundian and subsequently Habsburg rule, and the Schieringers. The Black Band were notorious as a violent military force; when their pay was insufficient or lacking, they would extract payments from local villagers[10] and on 29 January 1515, the Black Band plundered Donia's village, then allegedly raped and killed his wife, Rintze Syrtsema, and burnt to the ground both the village church and Donia's estate.[11][12] Seeking revenge, Pier started a guerrilla war campaign against the Habsburgs and allied himself with Charles of Egmond, Duke of Guelders (1492–1538), the foremost opponent of the Habsburgs

#-#Friesland agreed to be subjugated by Charles of Egmond, Duke of Guelders in October 1514. Heindrich sold his portion of West Friesland to his brother Georg, who sold it in May 1515, to Charles II of Burgundy. The Frisians were so outraged that their land had been sold to the count of Holland (their enemy-by-inheritance) that they called upon Charles of Egmond.

in event 22025 i will keep both leaders in so it would be

command = { type = wakeleader which = 050800 } #Greate Pier (FRI)
command = { type = wakeleader which = 050801 } #Wijerd Jelckama (FRI)

About post #1026 and alternative Burgundian capital events, BUR_137000 can still happen but action_b "Remain in Dijon" and its effects doesn't make sense. II and III don't have an option to stay in Dijon while original historical event have one. I think each Burgundian capital should sleep the other two and we need a new event to relocate in Brabant as soon as possible with only few effects if II or III happened before and Brussels flag is set (if Dijon action_b not chosen in II or III).

yes, your new condition should apply for both events
I still need a final proposal for the reworked Geldrian succession crisis sequence before inclusion.
