How do I repair buildings?

Hi,

I just started a map and all my buildings are offline showing that I need to repair them and there is a little cog icon.

I have a universal cargo bay really close and its in range of the drone control station thing and I also have the mobile drone rover nearby. I've tried dropping off supplies nearby but I cant figure out how to repair buildings..

Please advise

Thanks, when taking a screenshot I realized that even though the storage looked full it was missing mechanical parts, I played until like 1am after sorting that out
