I have the game on Epic and bought it at the start to support its development. Now when I try to buy the Ultimate Colony Upgrade from the Epic launcher page it takes me to the paradox store that says its only for Steam and Paradox launcher?

So how do I get it?
 
You might have to talk to Epic about that, I don't know why they would direct you to any other store!
 
It might be helpful to add that the Ultimate Colony Edition includes the Expansion Pass on Steam. I was really confused why it was priced at such a high price point, until I came to this thread and noticed it includes the Expansion Pass (which itself cannot be found, since it's included in the Ultimate Colony Edition atm).
 
Does this require activation? I bought it through the Microsoft store for the Xbox one edition and I am Nearly done my first play through and I realized I hadn’t seen any of the content related to this. I have the founders pack content but nothing from the ultimate colony pack.

Pack can be checked in a game, main menu, right and bottom side
Btw - all your pack's working only in a New game, not for save files.

in a Ultimate Colony pack you will find now 1 quest
2 buildings
1 specialist
OR - when you will create new game you can saw 2 new flags
(This will confirm your pack active)
 
Heya! Clarification on this: The ultimate colony content should work with older saves as well - meaning that as long as your save meets the triggers for the content, it will show up (there are some internal triggers to ensure it does not start up too early in the game).

Radio channels are also an easy way to check your DLC content - The Founder's edition included one extra and the Ultimate colony included another extra channel - so if you have both, you should have 5 channels visible in the Radio Menu :)

Neither - the first 3. Click on the Expansion Pass link in the OP for details.

It is true you do not know what exactly those expansions are, but $25 is pretty cheap for three expansions IMO! In HOI4 the latest expansion alone is that much:

I know what expansions are but the description in the game is what is confusing me. It making it sound like there is only 1 expansion and a bunch of extra stuff.

I didn't say you don't know what expansions are; I said you - and I - don't know what is in THESE expansions!

But it clearly states there will be three. What makes you say it sounds like there is only one?
 
The Expansion Pass includes the first three full DLCs released later down the line.

Been on vacation so only checking back on this now - but after checking it appears something is bugged as I have definitely paid for the UC edition (confirmed owed on Microsoft store) but I don’t have any content. Also noticed that I don’t even have access to the founders edition stuff despite owning the game for over a year. Only thing I do have is the platypus stuff for logging into the paradox account.

Any troubleshooting suggestions
