- Rebels set to be non-reinforcing won't reinforce.
- Attached armies now count as retreating if the main army retreats.
- Force converted nations are now granted the global_holy_war_released_modifier modifer.
- Threatening war now takes into account guarantors.
- Tributary Overlord now joins coalition war if it is declared by their Tributary.
- Nerfed primitive war score cost for taking provinces.
- Nerfed AE for primitives.
- Fixed so you can use the cb_push_back_colonizers casus belli to use it against non tribal nations bordering them.
- Fixed exploit where you could call to arms rivals of your enemies without being allied.
- Fixed dismantle the revolution peace treaty having different warscore cost and prestige depending on which side offers it.
- You can no longer pillage development from natives' capitals with no losses.

That's a start. Surprised at how fast you pulled all of that off. This really confirms that you should just have delayed the release by 2 days, and would have avoided the backlash (or it would have been similar to Emperor).
Still just a start. Many crucial things I did not see. Good luck for saving the mess.

Yeah, yeah, just don't think that we'll forget what you've done with 1.31. This is no longer Golden Century or Emperor. You've done numerous apologies and promised to improve situation in the studio and to really start caring about customers. You've lost my trust for good.

I won't thank you this time. You messed it up with Emperor, you promised to redeem yourselves, you acknowledged your huge tech debt and promised intensive fixes and now here we are with another failed launch (for $$$, not for free). You have a long road to go to to regain our trust.

Even though it wasn't the best release I do think that it got more hate than it deserved. I especially do not understand people talking about suing and about how basically every game and DLC that came out PDX have been bad in the recent years.

I hope more issues will be fixed soon and we will all just continue playing the game as always.

Actually expected that this would not work and I would still crash at the same date. I'm pleasantly surprised I did not. Also suddenly received 100 popups about the AIs using their favors. So I guess that's good?
Pardon me for having a very low confidence, I'll wait a few days to see how things are (not) balanced and if there are (likely) crashes before starting another game. But good to see that for once you say something and it's actually true.

It was the worse release and was completely broken.

I understand that it was bad, I do agree that it had many issues and it was not acceptable. But I have been checking forums since this morning and some of the things people said here are just not sensible at all. Asking for employees to step down, talking about how this is literally fraud etc.

I personally wasn't too surprised about the whole thing and waited for a new patch. Which as we can see is very good for a day 1 patch, they are already working on 1.31.2. I am just hoping this weird atmosphere goes away soon. :D
