I've tried everything. Check, erase all data and reinstall, erase all mods. But it keeps crashing is that a known propleme?

Since the new update, my game crashes a short time after I started a new round. I have not yet been able to determine a reason. I've tried 6 times now, always with the same result.

I also bought the new Nemesis DLC I'm not sure if it could be the reason

Sorry, is this crash on trying to start the game itself? On trying to start a new galaxy? Or on loading one existing galaxy? Or on loading any existing galaxy?
 
game succesfully loads everytime. however after about two minutes of playing it crashes. I tested it multiply times. speed changes how fast this occurs. Doesn't matter if i am doing something or just leaving the mouse idle no idea why this is happening.

I've tried everything I can think of. Different types of ships, different Galaxy settings, different realms, reinstalling the game, I have run out of ideas. The result is still the same, I can start it without problems and also start a round but after 5-10 minutes the game crashes or freezes completely.

Oh, this is only happening in MP play, is that right? If so that looks very much like a bug rather than anything we can tweak here in tech support.

For me the problem also occurs in single player. But it seems to have something to do with the speed control. At normal speed there is no problem even after several minutes, but as soon as I increase the speed it crashes immediately.
 
Same Problem here. Can't play longer than a few minutes before the game crashes. Disabled all mods. Error log shows stuff like this:

That looks like a bug or corrupt installation or mods - disabling mods does not remove effects they have already had on the save game file.

If you delete that log, disable all mods and start a new test galaxy, and play until it crashes again, what does the log file look like then?

Ok Thanks for the input. I have tested a new game for a few minutes and see no problems. I don't have time to test a longer game,
