The Steam description was:
"Sired in an act of vampire terrorism, your existence ignites the war for Seattle's blood trade. Enter uneasy alliances with the creatures who control the city and uncover the sprawling conspiracy which plunged Seattle into a bloody civil war between powerful vampire factions."
Now it says:
"Enter the World of Darkness and rise through vampire society. Experience Seattle - a city full of alluring, dangerous characters and factions. In this sequel to the cult classic, your choices, plots and schemes will change the balance of power."
It's just a short description but... have you noticed how the reference to the Embrace disappeared?
I wonder if the beginning as Thinblood and the consequent first part of the game, are among the elements that have been modified.
I've to admit that two hours of playtime as thinblood wouldn't make me super-happy , so if something would be changed in this part, I'd be satisfied.
As a side note, probably this "spot the difference" game is.. meh.
If HSL/Pdox would think that someting need to be change or improved or fixed before the delivery, why they dont' just say "hey, we are planning to do this and that"? . Same old question, I know.
EDIT: Another possible explanation could be the need to add an explicit reference to the WoD, because now Steam has a dedicate page to the "Word of Darkness" franchise.
