aanother question regarding France. Y does the French capital not move to paris. i'm playing Austria its 1566 now and the French capital still isn't in Paris.
It can, if it owns paris and France does not exist. As soon as you gain dutch culture and move to the lowlands, though, you can no longer become France.Duke of Brabant said:

How to became France from Burgundy and keep both french and dutch cultures.
1. In 1421 (approx), when offered a choice support Lancaster claim to the French crown choose b) defy England. You will be in war with England in alliance with France, Brabant and Cleves.
2. In october 1422 Charles VI will die and offer you a post of regent. You will inherit France, but not became France (continue as Burgundy). You will be in war with Dauphine.
3. Survive wars with England and Dauphine. In 1430 you will inherit Brabant and later when choice offered, move capital to Brussel. You will receive a dutch culture.
4. In 1461 after Charles VII of Dauphine will die you will receive a number of provinces and will be able to choose whether to became a France or not. Choose France and it will trigger an event to move capital to Paris.
5. In 1486 you will receive a choice whether to have independent Burgundy or not. Choose b) and you will inherit Dauphine.
6. During all these times you will inherit Luxemburg (if it survived). You should take care, that Dauphine survived until 1461 if you wish to became France and until 1486 if you wish to inherit it. So, don't try to crash it.
7. Now, you are a king of France with addition of the very rich Netherlands and french and dutch cultures. You will have cores on the French provinces owned by English. Crush England/Brittany alliance and take what is rightfully yours.
8. You are the strongest power in the world. Enjoy !

is there a way to get cores on Friesland and Gelderland with Burgundy before you become france? i once became ?king of lotharingen? (nice bonus btw) and i was a powerfull france with cores on france, the lowlands and western germany...but to non-cores F and G
