How to get Brazilian Empire in Kaiserreich

I already went Integralist, went with the Patrianovistas and even chose Arlindo Veiga dos Santos as head of government. I beat La Plata in the beginning of 1944, I'm currently in mid-1945 and the event regarding Imperial restoration hasn't fired yet. Am I missing something?

Integralists can do that? I figured they were merely libertarians on steroids, not once did anything monarchy related obviously come up in the events.
