Yes, you can get it for about 10€ at the moment. I bought it and tested it for 2 days. I must admit, if feels kinda empty at the moment. The "city"-development is hmmm.... like banished. You build and build and build, and wonders, if this was all... It reminded me on simcity: you can build forever, but at some point i was sitting there and asked myself: "why the hell am i doing this?". And the "outside-World", the "world-map": you send out your scouts, and they do collect and collect and collect.... Nothing goes on there. You attack bandits, but they never fight back... I rather felt, as i am the bad guy there, attacking harmless settlers. That they were branded "bandits" and looked evil did not make it better in any way. Its a long way to go for this game.

I suspect that they didn't want to release anything too close to Christmas, in case it broke something :cool:
 
Guys, i am sorry for posting this here but i cannot find a button to make a new post and pardox isnt helping me.. i

I have downloaded Surviving the aftermath and have played it twice but yesterday when I tried to get it to load it would not. What happens is it appears like it is going to load and goes to where i have to push play and then it doesnt load it just disappears. I love this game and would like to play this.. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it does the same thing. I have a brand new pc windows 10, 125G SSD. i cant attach thsose files you asked for as there not n my pc.. i playtis through epic games. i reached out to them but they sent me to you. here is the only thing i get when i try loading

There's a Post New Thread button at the top of the forums

As for the error, that looks like a problem with the game files. Silly question, but you have enough disk space free? Not sure how computer literate you are and don't want to make assumptions

Okay, just wanted to check the basics. I worked in IT Support for a number of years and assumptions are a killer :cool: At a guess I'd say there's an issue with the cached game files, but one of the IFS folks might be able to help. Do you have an other games in the Epic Store that you can test? They give one away every week (3 this week) if you want to grab one and test it.
 
Hi all

I had the first 2 updates play without any major issues at all but once I put 3 on I got stop code errors and my PC rebooted all of the time . I found that I had to remove epic launcher and the surviving the aftermath including any registry inputs linked to both before my PC would work again. I loved the game so far but need to find a fix to this please anyone , any ideas?
 
Any possibility to buy a key for Paradox Store key or Steam Key for early access , i have seen what the Epic Game Store can do to games and it just not an option to use it. Maybe a key that work on multiple platforms just anything to 1. be able to play 2. not to use Epic.
 
Bought and enjoying this game the past few days. Not a bad little city builder that reminds me of the old Caesar, Zeus etc games but without being able to micromanage/manipulate the citizens. Some nifty little features but still a lot more work to be done to further fill up the world and more stuff to do. Not bad for AU$25-ish
 
What a pity! The game started really promising, but at the current state it's simply not playable!
All I could do after my FIGHTER specialist was killed by a single bug rat, was deinstalling the game to avoid another fit of rage!
Luckily I had a spare mouse to play with after "enjoying" your game! :(
 
Hi guys, I'm new to this game. Every time I go to the world map, I can't explore the world map. I already built the gate and allowed people in my town but i still can explore the map. Am I missing something or doing anything wrong? Thanks.

you need to click on a specialists in your colony and tell them to “go to world map” once that’s done you can then use the specialist to explore
 
Just a quick question about the in-game Feedback option? Are you actaully able to read the in-game Feedback if it is a language any other than English? I mean, since the interface is translated I assumed so, but does actually someone translate the messages back to english for you to read? Or should I write them in English right away?
