Username stuck as unmerged(475994)?

Hey everyone, I haven't used these forums since I'm guessing 2012 or 2013 or so. I finally got back in but now my username is totally bonked. I can't see anyway to change it, is my name just stuck as this for life now?

Well, I'm not sure what happened. I came back to the plaza and I was signed out. Asked me to merge my accounts again but this time it gave me a page asking me what I'd like my username to be. So all is well that ends well.
