I have the feeling that the big factories that you place as end point of various converging production chains (like the car factory) are the equivalent of generic industry in this DLC.Will there be framework for making non-specialised/general industry industrial parks using this system mods?
It seems like this system could replace RICO for industry
They're actually just really large buildings. We saw them on the stream today, it's something along these lines where the edges of the buildings are. Gives a great look of really large farms for sure.

I have built all 4 types of the Industries zones - and they say in case of Ore or Oil, that only 1350 workers from 2100 workers are working there. Is there a hint how to achieve full employment there? It does not seem to raise with more barracks... I have Realistic mode on...

Put in more residential buildings and schools.
Add more buildings that employ people. So that would be the extractors, the processors or the storage buildings.
