I had seen this mod a while back and was looking around for where I can download it, as it seems the thread it was in is now inaccessible. Does anyone know where I can download it?

I can see the thread just fine - register your game and you'll be able to see and gain access to the Modding subforum, inside of which is the PDM forum. Looks like there's a version present for 3.03.
