Not that I'm aware of, and no, VIET is not linked in this list outside it being archived in the HIP sub-forum.
This should be rectified. Can you contact any mod devs about setting up an independent mod?
What should be rectified? No, I won't contact them, because I'm not the one to ask them doing a bunch of work to update a mod they decided to abandon for reasons they justified at the time. If anyone wants to release an independent VIET by updating the old they would have to contact the original modders (such as cybrxkhan) behind it and discuss with the HIP devs. If everyone approves and the project is finalised it could be added to this list.
