As in the thread http://steamcommunity.com/app/202130/discussions/0/846945411158528134/ I simply cannot start the game. I launch it in Steam, it opens the little steam window, but after that nothing at all.
No process running, no black screen...
I really would like to play that game... Can you help me?
Thanks

First register your game of Impire on the forum just as you did with EU IV.

Then check if your computer meets the system requirements for Impire:

Is it better now? XD (btw I cannot view the key of the games that I have not installed, but only bought, is it normal?)
I meet system requirement, cause I have better hardware than that.

The log says:
"..\\Src\\Game.cpp"(242): Welcome to Impire!
"..\\Src\\SteamAPI\\SteamAPI.cpp"(92): Steam Initialization error

Yes, you can see the key for some games only if you at least started installing them in Steam

I can't start it either... No, not sys req, cause i could play it nicely, and now i simply can't start it... No, reinstalling did not work... No, running as admin does nothing...

The topic you linked tells the same thing: open steam as administrator. I did it, but the game does not start and the error is the same...

Well it works for me and I´m running only a low-end system.

In the Steam library right-click Impire, select settings and then check the local files of the game for corruption/errors.

When you first start the game you need to do it with administrator rights so that it can install DirectX for Windows.

And if both don´t work go to the first link I posted about the requirements and provide the information (e.g. dxdiag) that is asked for there.

If it did run before then it´s simple: Undo what you changed after it had last run succesfully.

I don't know exactly changed but now it works! It starts!
I noticed an Nvidia driver update, I updated, I started Steam as admin and I started Impire right clicking it and chosing start as admin (the library of Steam seems to not make it start).
I also noticed that if I close the game I have to exit Steam and redo everithing, but for now it works....

I did nothing, how to undo nothing?

If it worked and nothing was changed at all then it would still work...
Installed some new games or programs?
New virsusscanner?
More programs running in the background?
Changed some hardware?

same programs when it stopped, installed new after that, but didnt change the situation
never changing my scanner
same programs in the background, sometimes even less
im not an idiot, if i'd change any hardware i'd know that it might be the problem
