A small hotfix for some problems that should have been in the last patch.

Here is the full changelist:

2014-07-02: v2.1.6

MAJOR:
- Entire Iranian culture group now uses Persian Units and Portraits

MINOR:
- Light Cavalry now gets its intended defense bonus from tech

Also the problems in the Turkish portrait's DLC should be fixed with this patch as well. If Steam doesn't update the DLC for you, try verifying the cache and if that still doesn't work delete the DLC folder and have Steam download it a new.

I am still encountering the Turkish Portraits problem descripted in following post: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?786448-2.1.5-Turkish-Female-Portrait-Bug&p=17653609&viewfull=1#post17653609. It is not connected with female headger (I think it is oversized
cheek) and occurs every time I run the geme and follow the steps descrpited in my post.

I tried veryfication of local files, but it did not help. I have also removed all game files and content of my user dir and redownloaded the game but it did not fix the problem. I have following files in dlc folder:

dlc041.dlc size:       168 md5: 697abf4ec19108a02a3cbcff1bb6e5fa
dlc041.zip size: 4164261 md5: 6ede1eaa29209aedf0bd857313b38cb9

Edit: I am playing on linux.

It's the same problem as others had with parts of the face appearing outside the portraits.
