Romania and Hungary are the first countries to be crushed by the Sirussian hordes..
Operation Alpenfestung has started. Himmler ordered the evacuation of Germany and moving all the troops to Austria.

After the fall of Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Serbia, Xardas sent some messagers to Greece, Albania and Croatia. Each one of them demanded unconditional surrender to avoid the total destruction of the countries. Surrendering, they will get some privileges.
Each one accepted, ignoring Germany and the human situation.
In the same day, Goring called the leaders of the former countries, traitors of humanity.
Without the Balkan states in our side, Russians and foreign troops in Finland can no longer recieve supplies.
Russians, ignoring the orders from Sverdlovsk, droped their weapons and ran which one where he could in order to survive. Sirussians are not taking prisoners.
Finnish soldiers, without the support of Russians, surrendered in the same day. Now, in North, Sirussians are going to Sweden and Norway. In South they are crushing the Russians, while in Germany, they are occupying cities day by day.

Austria seems like an emotive but odd place to make a stand, no real advantage. Somewhere like Copenhagen, where as long as you have ships in the water the Xenos can't attack (and they have no ships of their own) could be a better location. If you can squeeze it out, a full run of static AA would bleed their bombers as well.

All of the German army droped their weapons and ran where they could. Most of them to Italy.
Keitel declared the capitulation of the army, while Donitz and the president of Switzerland ran with a U-boat from Dunkirk to USA.
Donitz is the only Fuhrer who is not ending by being killed or suicide.

Why not? OTL Hitler made lots of erratic, poor strategic decisions, and Nazi brutality in this timeline (like ours...) contributed mightily to your crushing TC problems.
Just wow...altough I must say that reading this leaves kind of bitter-sweet feeling, the one that goes together with last desperate but heroic charges in face of incoming defeat. A shame for Balkan states for betraying you, will they be allowed to become subjects of Sirussian Empire in return? Something like Independent Earthly State of Croatia and Galactic Legionary State of Romania? And what an irony for Slovene clericals, after accepting benevolent Catholic Croat rule, now they have bowed to some kind of galactic pagans! But the fall of Germany and rest of Europe doesen't necessary mean also the fall of human race...Maybe the freedom will come from other side of the Atlantic Ocean and from the distant East as someone already mentioned.
It's time that I, as much as I don't like the term, become a partisan. For my country and planet have been occupied. There shall be no vivisections of Croats!!
Looks like Europe is lost to the Xeno hordes. But, there is still hope! Time to unleash the awesome power of the USA and strike back at the aliens with your own nuclear weapons! Build hydrogen bombs, build lots of Ballistic Missiles and strategic bombers to use them, and also importantly, build lots of Jet powered fighters and interceptors to shoot down the alien's nuclear carrying bombers! Pound the aliens with so many nukes that their dissent is up to 100% then launch a great crusade (with LOTS of fighter cover) to liberate Europe!

Romania didn't surrendered, it was defeated...same as Bulgaria, Serbia and Hungary.
And yea', the Aliens should prepare themselves because Americans will fight all the way to Moscow at all costs!

I advice you to write an event *Reich refugees in USA*. Adding extra manpower and some research teams. Even units maybe?
Most of the nazi leaders commited suicide as the war came to an end for them. Their oath to the Fuhrer couldn't let them to live in a life without National-Socialism.
Anyway, for now I have anything I want in USA. Nukes, troops, manpower, IC .... I'm very confident of victory !
