MDS Flag Maker. Please read the How to.
Blank Newspaper Header, The DH one uses the old Paper and it's not that useful for a Modern or Future based mod.
Blank Events and Decisions. The Events one have 5 Frames to play with. TV Wood Metal and DH Green Tear Frame.
The Decisions have a white frame, Don't remove it else you can't see where to put the picture in.
End Screen LDG. I have no idea what it means but this thing shows up when you quit/win/lose and it always have the three main alliances (Axis, Allies, Comintern) showing. Use this if you are making your own main alliance.
