yup..no alpha channels on weapons..or hero textures. At least not the ones I opened.

Well doesnt matter. The alpha channels only give you the transparency on some parts. I opened some and they all had the alpha, maybe I was just lucky.

hi i like the balance changes to this makes the game a bit more fluent.
altho i do find that the camera seems to be zoomed way out even when zoom in its a little anoying because everything is tiny and makes it harder to make out whats going on or have my version of the mod not working?

Hmmm, I didn't have such a issue. Can you post a screenshot of this?
