1.) Arms Armistice and Revolutions (AAR) - links the 1914-Scenario to the classical 1936 grand campaign, thereby offering half a century of pure political, economical and social turmoil to play. There's so many stickies now I can see why he couldn't find it. I mean, AAR has two threads stickied and one in the main forum, yet they still prefer you post on their own forum.

Why don't all the major mods not have their own subforums here like they do on HOI2/DD/Arm?

There is such a list already. It´s a Sticky: "Recommended Mods"
Recommended Mods isn't up to date, and even when it was it didn't have every mod that was playable. That's what I want this to be, a list of every single last playable mod.

I agree. Although I'm going to specify what the status of it is in the list itself, we don't need that many categories. This should be as accessible as possible. I do agree with the two sections idea though. Also, I'm not going to add planned mods yet. I might add them later, but for now I'll stick with working and playable mods.

SPQR mod is dead correct? Also thank you, this is exactly what I need. Because its not going to be so easy for me to find those less popular mods. Right now I'm just going through the recommended mods page confirming whats active and whats not.

EDIT: So I've added all mods on the Recommended Mods list that are playable for Historical and Alternate History. Will add the graphics ones tomorrow and begin searching for others spread across the forums. ALSO, I've been toying with the idea of making a new list of up and coming mods to be constantly updated along with this one, so that people know both whats coming and whats done. Do you guys think I should make a whole new thread or just add a coming section on this list?
