And yes, My computer can handle the game.
Basically, When i reach the Graphics screen, I crash, Now before anyone suggests
I've updated .NET, Graphics Card, Visual C++ 2005,2010.
Tried editing the settings, Alas no prevail
Uninstalled using ccleaner etc, Reinstalled on numerous occasions.

I'm really quite clueless right about now, Is this something to do with the patch?, Perhaps a hotfix or some work around.

I've had problems like this on V2 and Eu3, But they've been able to be worked around.
 
Try to set your volume to -1 (that's minus one) in the settings.txt. See if that works, it has helped for some.
