Point of clarification regarding subsequent uprisings by the same culture in other countries. Once these break out, they will join the original seceding country (or, if a country with the appropriate primary culture has already aligned with the secessionists, that country) such that all seceding territories of the same culture act in concert as a single nation.

Each country seceded from will have a war goal to regain their lost states only. For example, if Poland wins against Prussia and Austria but ends up losing against Russia, they will become a sovereign nation but without the Russian part of Polish homelands, and Russia cannot capture formerly Prussian or Austrian land as part of crushing the Polish uprising. All three nations fight the same Poland in this war, not separate splinter Polands.
