If they ever get back and tweek this game a little bit more. They should incorporate the zones and policies method in this game. So you can take control on what you want zoned a street or a subdivision by using the same methods as City Skylines has. And you can also apply policies on densities and making buildings historical etc.
What's your thoughts on this CO or anyone else?
