Right Click on one of your Courtiers---add a Honoary Title---Turn into a Vampire. Sometimes you need to wait a few Day to do it again.
Wouldn't it be better via the diplomatic interaction buttons, now that it's moddable, rather than the honorary title ?
It could allow you to turn people that are not in your court into vampires (under certain restrictions of course).
Just finished settling in after moving again to England and getting over an illness. Will be working on version 2.1 through the next couple of weeks

Hey .... it is. I've posted there a few times.
I am working on a new build of it which changes this rather dramatically. Its taking more time than I predicted mainly due to RL priorities. The current build is perfectly playable, just not optimal

I played allot with it. I think its compatible with every DLC. Also it works with 2.3.4
So started the game with the mod and have been playing for a couple of hours but I was when the vampires begin to show up in the world?
It's more of a late game thing, I think. It's expected for you to turn vampire yourself, rather (through an intrigue-based decision).
In my Games they showed up often. Normally some People will become Morthali.
Would it be possible to have female councilors when I'm Morthali? I don't think vampires care that much about gender ^^

I was wondering if the AI vampires groom their own children?
I've been playing for a while, and they never do for me.
Maybe it's mod conflicts, but i was wondering if there was a way of forcing the AI to groom children.
I would like to see the growth of powerful vampire clans for republics.
