but it's was published by EA. EA Los Angleas is the RTS section of EA and got many of the original Westwood developer making RA3 and everything.
So stop being Elitist (unless you played it.)
I like RA3. You can throw eggs, tomatoes, knives or whatever you want at me - I like RA3. 
I'm not trying to say that people who play and like RA3 are bad (or whatever insulting word you would like to put there). I even don't hate RA3 it's just alright in my book. I'm just saying that EA changed CnC since they liquidized Westwood and now CnC sucks compare to what it used to be.

Fires when the Allies hold Moscow, or when the Soviets sue for peace? Or is the Soviet peace demand a result of it?
Second American Civil War -
How about the USA has a strong Fascist party in the face of growing global communism? This party hits the roof when Roosevelt sends aid to the Weimar Republic during the Civil War and after Truman takes the elections over the Fascist candidate the "Fascist States of America" secede from the Union. I'd probably want for their flag a Stars and Stripes with the Fasces symbol overlaid on a US star roundel where the Stars should be. Unless anyone else has a better idea?
China- How about People's Republic of China and Republic of China both start the game at war with each other?
Characters:
Alexander Romanov - An impossibility. The Romanov family was murdered in 1919 during the communist takeover. We are left with three options:
1) - Not use him. That would be a major break in canon and I don't like this plan.
2) - Have him be a pretender to the name. I don't much like this idea either, for reasons I'll explain soon.
3) - Time travel works in strange ways. Hear me out. So what if Einstein removing Hitler sent . . . ripples backward in time and changed past events too? Just a couple, but that gives me two character bones. Perhaps Princess Anastasia or one of her sisters survived the Bolsheviks and fled to Canada? She would give birth to Alexander Romanov, who would fall in with the largely socialist Quebecois crowd and eventually migrate south of the border, where he meets Micheal Dugan. After the war he was sent to the Soviet Union, as no one knew of his socialist beliefs, and told to rebuild the country. Well, he did - for a war.
RA3 timeline - Romanov returned to Russia as normal, but swiftly faced a military coup from Generals Cherdenko and Krukov of the Red Army. He was imprisoned in the bowels of the Kremlin and later placed in Cannes, southern France. He found himself part of the operation that Commander Nelson spearheaded to rescue Allied council members from the city, but during the evacuation was shot repeatedly by an overeager Soviet Conscript. He was buried after the war with the rest of the now-extinct Romanov family.
Sir Commander George Nelson -
The RA3 Allied Commander(British). One of the "ripples" was that Lord Horatio Nelson survived Trafalgar and his line continues. Now the New Nelson finds himself involved in the repelling of the Soviets from Brighton Beach, England, and later D-Day and the offensive against them in France and Germany.
Gunther von Esling -
Von Esling was born in 1890, and found himself as a footsoldier in the Great War. By the end he was a Colonel. His older brother, Otto, has risen in the navy to command a destroyer squadron as well - but his little brother Fritz was dead on the battlefields of the Somme offensive. After the war Esling met with Erwin Rommel and Heinz Guderian, and the three agreed that Germany must be made strong again. However, none of them agreed with the Fascist-Reichsparty when it appeared, as their eyes were turned to look for threats not to the west, but the east, where Stalin lurked. The trio would eventually be called up to serve the Republic when the civil war erupted. Esling made such an impact on Berlin that when the Chancellor died during a Fascist bombing raid Esling became the new chancellor. Later, after the Fascist and Communist rebels were defeated, Esling returned to his role as Chancellor and leader of the Heer in order to face down Stalin. After the First Red War an airbase in Iceland was named after him and he settled down near his hometown of Essen, maintaining his longtime friendships with Rommel, Guderian, and Commander Dirk von Schwarzenegger.
Micheal Dugan -
Dugan was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1922. In 1943 he joined the United States Army after he washed out of Annapolis Naval Academy, sinking his chances of fighting the Japanese. Surprisingly, he was accepted and sent to Fort Lee, Virginia, not far from where he would meet his future wife, Abigail. When the US Civil War broke out in 1949, Dugan was sent to fight in the drive on Seattle. He served in that region until the war ended in '52. Then he was sent to join the US Expeditionary Force in Germany and fight the Soviet Union. He served in most of the war's major actions and by the time he left the army in 1956 he was a major. But the was was a year over by that point and his friend Alexander Romanov was in power across the Atlantic. Dugan carried the 1960 US elections in a heated battle - so heated that Romanov believed the US on the verge of another Civil War, thus speeding up his plans for the invasion.
RA3 timeline - Dugan chose not to run for a second term and instead threw his weight behind fellow Democrat John F. Kennedy, who was defeated by Republican Howard T. Ackerman.

Assuming Japan went to war in 1937 ageist nationalist china I don’t think Japan would have dared to attack the allies in 1941. No Axis power in Europe to share the new world order with. And because of USAs oil embargo against the empire of Japan, a peace resolved between the Forces of China and Japan with help of American diplomats in 1943. Japan was also treated by growing presence of the Soviet empire that began to annex lands from warlords in China. Soviet starts dominate northern parts of china. In 1946 event for soviet. 1. Force Mao into submission. Communist china becomes a member of comitern but they don’t become puppet. Or 2. Go to war ageist the communist china.

P.R.China starts with the upper hand because of Soviet dominance, influences and backing. The empire of Japan can by event choose to aid there former enemy R. China because Japan is an anti communist country.

Well, those with graphic skills - can I get a scenario icon for the damn thing? I'd also like someone to help me out making it as a scenario and not a savegame.
Anyway, I think I'm about ready to go for the subforum idea after all. Do we want to give the mod several different branches? Like nation work, events, graphics, map, etc. We'd have to get a head for each . . . department? But that wouldn't mean the heads couldn't still chip in on and help out with the other stuff. Anyway, it's up to you.
