I had the chance recently to play version 1.07 of EU2 and I notice that the shield borders are different colors depending on the status of the country, silver for a minor and gold for major. Just like in the first game. However this isn’t the case in 1.08 or 1.09, at least not that I’ve ever seen. All shields are gold. Is there any reason for this or anyone who knows a way to get the silver shields back? It’s a very small detail but I thought it was neat.
