Yes, if you would want to edit the whole thing back on. The earlier engine did not generate the textures for the player like in EU3 or the other recent games; the modders have to go in and change it themselves. Basically the map stores the whole texture as a giant .bmp inside the map files.
 
I have a "bug" problem:

Shrewsbury and Dorset's CoAs seem to be awkward for me.

The banners remain when CoAs are hidden, so perhaps there's a problem there?
 
Nope, I literally just started that scenario: 1066. Maybe it's an install error, checking it now, as it seems the Kingdom of England has some "vassals" in Wales, despite actually not.

Edit: Reinstall did not fix. Also:

I hate to be a bother, but I just noticed that Ufgau has the banner and no CoA error as well. Double checked and that seems to be the only other one.
 
Hey, um... is it normal for counties to accept vassalization offers from non-de jure kingdoms? In a trial run as the Isles, I watched in horror as my ally in Lothian and half of Ireland accepted vassalization offers from Scotland. It can't be due to high Diplomacy either, it's the starting Scottish King, who only has 4 (15). Any idea what's going on?

Edit: I'm pretty sure I updated CK : DV before installing the latest Mappa Regnorum. Could there be any other reason?

It can be due to the fact, that they have all have Gaelic (or other acceptable) culture, besides Lothian is part of the de jure kingdom of Scotland; this makes the Scottish king their second best option. IIRC that also was a reason why the Normans in Italy got their own Italo-Norman culture; a king of England with vassals in Southern Italy is much less likely or than a king of Scotland with vassals in Ireland (more nearby).

This sounds more like something didn't go well with installing the latest beta-patch, since it seems you still have the relationship-bug, that causes this.
 
... yes, it does, indeed, seem that might have been the case. Freaking Windows 7 >_<
