Konigsberg to Russia?

Hey, i was wondering that if in the mod will the province of konigsberg go to russia? (present day kaliningrad)

And Lithunia has Wilno? (Since its capitol is Vilnius aka Wilno)

according to latest map-pics from buke (which are a year old now.. )
konigsberg goes to russia and wilno goes to lithuania..

Ah, ok, the map i saw didnt have those. I mustve looked at the wrong map then thanks for clearing that up.

Lunar, I noticed this problem (flags) and it seems we have the flags but no shields!!
As a solution, I am gathering them..have most, but lack some of them. I'll upload it...
