Sorry to sound like a total noob, but I cannot find the answer anywhere in the manual or the forum, and I have been unable to figure it out in the game.
How do I upgrade my lower level units to higher ones? Is there a button to press? Do I have to wait until something unlocks the ability (perhaps later in the game)?
I am waiting for your answer so I can smack my forehead in the traditional "Of course, that's the way it's done stupid!" gesture.
