"Prosperity Increased" everytime after I was raided or ravaged by plagues, is there a way to turn these messages off in Ironman Mode?

No, at least not entirely. There are events, which are not part of the hardcoded notification system. Modifying events always breaks achievements (which is what you are getting at, since most mods are Ironman compatible, but not achievement compatible).
yes. unless you specificaly try to break ironman, you should be able to start them in that mode
