The Ottoman Empire would like to request the Central Powers artillery and ammunition, as our stocks are too depleted, after Gallipoli and the Middle East. We will await the arrival of said supplies with anticipation, so we can finally go on the offensive in Iraq and Palestine and kick the British out of the Middle East. We also establish as a priority the invasion of Greece and Rumania, which will allow the Central Powers to liberate more forces to the Middle East and Italy.
Armenian people are invited to participate in the upcoming elections for the local government, which will have as a prime task the development of a new code of laws, as outlined in the Russo-Turkish pact. We hope that past incidents may be firmly in the past, and the Sultan is willing to grant amnesty to all Armenians who fought against the Ottomans, for the sake of a better future for the region. Attacks on Ottomans will not be tolerated and might jeopardize the existence of the Armenian autonomy. I fervently wish that Ottoman troops will not be called again to restore order in Armenia.
We applaud the attitude of the American government, and we wish to develop good relations with such a powerful and yet wise country. Having once been a province of the British Empire, they are the living example that the peoples in the colonial provinces of the United Kingdom are far better off independent.
