Editing the Scenario Files HELP

The issue in question is the scenario file for WATKABOI 1337 grand campaign. Unlike the neatly done AGCEEP way of separating each country definition into its seperate inc file WATKABOI apparently put ALL of its countries, leader files, etc into 1 massive file which is a total nightmare to edit.

So what I've done is try to organize it like how AGCEEP does it by cutting and pasting each country into its own files (named 1337_VEN_Venice.inc ,etc) in a newly created folder titled 1337.

I added the line include = "WATKABOI\scenarios\1337.inc" at the very end of eug. scenario file.

However all of this didn't work and the game crashes when I start the grand campaign. How do I rearrange the files to be like AGCEEP.
 
What's in "WATKABAOI\scenarios\1337.inc"? Does it include all the country *.inc files?
 
Does it mean you still load the big file but information for the involved countries was cut and pasted in the new files?

If yes, follow exactly what has been done for AGCEEP. Could you post the added line in the eug file (and other include lines of this file (outside the header section), the content of the 1337.inc file and the content of one of the created files?

Maybe a brackett is missing somewhere now (in the big file or in the new created ones). Check all of them.
