I'd be very surprised if they don't do dev diaries. But I don't know for sure, I am not privvy to the development process.
Likewise, I have no inside knowledge, but I'd be surprised if they were too long in coming, seeing as the development process is some way advanced, judging by the screenshots.
I think the prudent question would be WHEN we get the dev diaries.
