Conversion

Im trying to convert a province with a 60% chance of success, and i saved the game about a day before it fails. And it always fails, every single time, every damn time. Ive loaded like 40 times in a row and it always fails, but I cant find anything about it in the savegames. Where, how, am I to find this random determination that they wont convert and bloody edit it? I want this province to convert!

In EU2 it's determined at the time you send the missionary; all randomness is removed at that point, so reloading won't help.

Look up the province ID (either in province.csv or by remembering the capital and searching for that in the save). Then find that province definition; there should be a construction entry. Go into that and change "success = no" to "success = yes".
