Documentation Needed

We've got a thread that posts the basic text file showing the AI Parameter list which includes some very rough comments about what they mean. We've got the "In Depth Discussion" thread.

But I think we need something halfway in between. We need basic documentation of what these parameters really do and what the expected values should be. Then from that we could have a more indepth discussion to discuss the pros and cons of different values and the observations we make from our changes.

How can we launch an AI tuning project when we don't even know how the parameters work?
