So, I have done some work, and here are the statistics for the entire World, and for Europe. Keep in mind that this information is from province.csv, so under term "culture" are also those cultures in uncolonized provinces. Also, this is the information on january 1st, 1419. Hope this can help in choosing a country to play, or is just interesting, enjoy.

You can notice that all culture basetaxes, and manpowers are clear values (no .34) this implies that this has been done deliberatelly. EDIT: added Asia, Americas, Africa & Oceania

Wow, pretty damn cool. I don't even want to know how much work it took though.
![]() *edit* I'd like to add as another interesting little fact, one (on the Eu2 map) could walk from the Urals (vladimir) all the way to France (Franche Comte/Lorraine) under the cover of trees. This is very accurate for the time, especially the earlier centuries.

Yes, how can I, if possible, change the name of the thread, so I says G S: the World, and all continents, instead of just Europe, now that I added them?

If you want to make the data useful in picking a country, it would be best to sort the stuff by country. Like this:
