3 July 02~ Death of King Edward IV of EUtopia; Per Blade! an anti-Monarchist lobbyist, 
is made Regent, Speaker, and President by the King's will.  Between July and December 13th, 
Per Blade! established a temporary Constitution, then devolved power to an elected Speaker, 
and then an Elected President who led the framing of the current constitution.
