American War for Independence 1773-1780, 1784-????
Ok here it is, complete updated Match between me and Poindexter

1773: As the British Ranked by over 50,000 Troops waiting Near Bas of St.Laurance ready and eagar for battle recieved news that the American Colonies are in revolt. George III recieved the Declaration of Independece from the Americans. Outraged, he sends a letter to the Generals in North America to make a Full-Scale war. George, along with that letter Dispatched General Cornwallis to the American Colonies to put down the rebellion. As British Troops march into the Provinces, and told to Destroy everything in their pass, raze cities and loot. By the Time the British Reached Massacusets, as one soldier stated "We saw those Rebels, in tight pack formation just arriving into the county also too axious for a fight." The battle drums beat and so, the American War for Independence Started. As the British Officers shouted orders to from lines, the Americans opened fire. The Americans have caught our suprise and since they were familiar on thier own terrain it would be one hard battle. As our 20,000 Troops fought the american 16,000 The British Did take many losses and so did the Americans, Though it was a British Victory, many lives were lost and was costly.

Late 1773: "As we take the provinces slowly by slowly our numbers deminish" stated a Private on Christmas day. "The friends I once had are all dead back up north..." As battle and battle raged on, it seemed that the Americans would eventually lose, but that would soon be a false statement. By the time our forces reached the Carolina's, something significant happened...On the western Frontier, they started beating us back as their firepower grew as our's weakened. As we all know the Subborn British stood thier ground but in the end it was futile. And so a series of Stalemates Begun.

1774:As the Americans Have started pushing us Back up north, George III started rebuilding up his forces back up north in Nova Scotia. Soon Cornwallis had no choice but to retreat back up north to get more reinforcements while he could. Slowly as there wernt enough troops to protect the newly counquored counties, the Americans started taking them back slowly....As there were some forces left to hopefully hold them back for some time, Cornwallis sent 8,000 Troops hopefully to hold them back for several months. He sent them near Delaware where the Americans were constructing their Continental Army. With time running out, Cornwallis decided to send a letter to George asking Desperatly for Troops. George replied by saying that he could only spare not so many because of tensions between France were growing and some local revolts were taking place which he had to put down. So eventually a compromise was made and George sent only 5,000 to the aid. only 3 weeks later they landed in Nova Scotia. The 8,000 did their job very well and so the war could wage on.

1775:They Sarted beating us back and are annialating us...War Exaustion was starting as more revolts were taking part in the Empire. Soon in time, No more troops could be spared and they were sent to put them down fore a Revolution could have started. The Battlefield was quiet that year as America was collecting as much money as they could to raise an Army large enough to crush the British once and for all. The British on the other hand were putting down rebellions and could not really concentrate on fighting the Americans as revolts in Ireland and Scotland broke loose. During this year the Americans took back all the way up to Massachusets but then took a solid ground. Realizing that There wernt enough troops and the Diminishing Treasury, George had no choice but to take a gamble by sending all he could to Aid Cornwallis. As the troops unloaded the most unexpected thing happened. Ireland Declared Independence with the 2 Southern Provinces. As shocked as Parlament and the King was, there was no choice but to try their best at fighting the Irish with the 2,000 they had in Meath vs the Irish 7,000. Devastating Blows were given as the British were slaughtered at meath. With no army in England and Barly any in North America with no Money either, England was in Decline.

1776:The British started a high taxing program taking out war taxes all the time. Even though Stability would be lost, England had +3 Stability. The money Gained would really do no good becuase all that money would go right into the army to put down those rebels. That year would be quite disturbing for the British, and a fairly good year for the Americans. The British Started raising troops in canada by the thousands. 22,000 to be exact. As Cornwallis took command, He decided to make a very risky attempt. He would march them Straight into Delaware, the Heart of the Americans where about 28,000-30,000 troops were stationed. As the British marched toward the province, the Americans Took their stand. When the British Reached, the Americans were prepared and took up their formations as cannons boomed and soldiers firing as the cavalry charged. The Things were not going well at all and the americans took one of their armies to station north of the Province we were fighting in. Cornwallis taking many losses and the Americans too, realized that he would have to retreat south if he knew he were to lose. As the batlle raged on, victory was close but not close enoggh. Cornwallis took a volantary retreat south into Chesapeake with 3,000. Realizing that he would have no hope fighting back up north, he decided to raze the south and go around to canada for more reinforcements, or to go west into biloxi for more reinforcements there. Since the Spanish started stockpiling troops around the reigon mabye preparing for a war against Britian, Cornwallis decided to move around going near the great lakes then going back to canada. During this time. GeorgeIII sent a dispach to one commander stationed at a Canadian fort saying that War exaustion is setting in and finish the war ASAP because the French were about to wage a full scale war against Britian because of the Position they were in.

1777:Cornwallis Managed to make it back up north in time to recieve his new troops while the Americans were mustering up their forces to take back their provinces and mabye a possible invasion. That year was also very quiet as the Americans took back more provinces and built up their troops and Economy. Cornwallis recieving new troops were in low moral which would lead to a delayed attack. As revolts took place in other Parts of the Empire in India, that delayed the Attack even more. George III neded troops very desperatly and commanded Cornwallis to send 5,000 to India becuase the CoT there was under attack by rebels and have recently taken over the procince. Parts of British India also Declared Independence but George quickly made peace by offering a White peace as 3 provinces were lost. Cornwallis stuck with 4,000 now only could now hope the Americns would not start an invasion and he was lucky, the Americans only took back a little more by more but now only the tip of New England was still under British Control.

As finally the Rebellion in Scotland was crushed, One in Wales Started. By sending the Task force from the Highlands to Wales another started in scotland. Ignoring those rebels there George III tried to concentrate on the North American Colonies. By training 7,000 Troops in England and Raising 10,000 in Canada, George wanted a year of Preperation. As Cornwallis total of 14,000 to Crush the Americans, Cornwallis sent a letter to George telling him how rediculas that sounded and how was he supposed to crush over 20,000 Americans +more rising, and a possible alliance with France and Spain. George Replied by telling him to do his best and he would promice more soon. The rest of this year would really be preperation for the upcoming war effort on both sides.

1779:England is blazing as Revolts rise left and right as troops and money diminish as soon as they fall into your hands. USA has been quiet recently during the past year and is preparing for something large. As the American Army grew in size and preparing for upcoming battles, all we could do was fight rebels and protect our borders while trying to destroy the Americans. Then the worst thing Happened. Corruption. +10 inflation then a month later the same happened again. Now inflation was at 40% and now England would have to pay much more to maintain troops and paying for expenses while hiring governers in each province to get rid of the inflation. England this year raised only 5,000 in Canada that year to only protect the counties conquored but only to be destroyed. War Exaustion was eating away the Empire as Money and Troops no longer existed............

1780:In the Beginning of that year George Woke up after New Year deciding that he must settle for peace. He sent a White Peace to America and they Accepted the treaty. Only a month Later the Event "Treaty of Paris" took place and gave England
-400 victory points. The rest of the Year was just fighting the Rebels, and by 1782 all the rebels were conquored and the economy was then flourishing.

December 1783: GeorgeIII now had a true Army, He had over 60,000 Troops In canada and over 10,000 in England with 7,000 in Ireland and the Largest Navy in English History. George III was preparing for war again and this time he had a casus beli upon USA so now they wouldnt lose any Stability. But the Casus Beli would only last until March 1784.

1784: DECLARATION OF WAR AGAINST THE UNITED STATES
as now the troops of the King's Army Started Marching Toward New England, Once again taking over provinces saw the Americans Marching too to crush us with over 40,000 Troops and building forts all over the country. As our Troops Clashed with them Bringing Stalemates and Losses toward the British, the British Still had many. Cornwallis marched toward Delaware where he Was killed in battle as he made he was trapped in a corner. His death angered us all British. And now with Numbers Even with the Americans, "we shall see who shall win and when us British hopefully do, we shall hang George Washington and all of Congress.." -George III 1784

Seconds Later: The British decided to let the Americans go free because they realized they had no chance of winning the colonies back, therefore Poindexter wins. The End (sigh... terrible AAR)

this match was originally to see wheather Poindexter would join or not depending who won. but we never got to finish because the clan fell and it got harder to arrange games

EDIT: But in the end.. I would say Poindexter won because he held me off for a very long time, and I did not succeed.. not even close
