I am playing a 36 game as SU and the axis are massing their evil armies on my border after having dispatched France and Belgium but left Holland alone. Anyway, Hungary which is part of the Axis just asked me for military access....

HAHAHA. I duly refused of course.

If they have military access how can they attack you? It might be away to remove their forces from the equation.

I contemplated that question but decided against it because I don't want to be stabbed in the back. Their masters in Berlin now determine their course in the war and I just don't trust those evil-doers.

Anyway, Romania have now joined the Axis and so I stand alone in the East. Both Hungary and now Romania continue to ask me for military access. It was amusing at the first but now what the heck? Anyone know why they are doing this?

Dude, thats a serious bug - you should report it in the bug forum... I mean, because when someone has military access with you its impossible for them to declare war on you. Id bet if you accepted and Germany DOWd you there would be a CRASH.

If they honor an alliance, the mil access treaty get's automatically broken.

I thought you automatically honored an alliance? Is it possible to not honor an alliance in HOI? I know it is in EU2.
