Random Scenario Generator? (Is Montezuma out there?)

For EU2, Montezuma came up with a random scenario generator that redistributed world resources and countries randomly across the globe. I played several games with it, and I thought it was pretty neat.

Has anyone thought of doing anything like that for HOI? I'm afraid I don't have the skills for that sort of thing, but I was thinking that I might inspire someone else... I'd be happy to do some testing, certainly

I know that there are some other neat scenarios in the works... (A scenario starting in 1905 would be really cool, although I'm not sure about whether that will really happen or not). Just looking for something to tide me over.
