Cool Make AI launch planes from carriers

Now that I've finally mustered the art of using carriers and launching air strikes from them I've noticed that the AI never, ever bases or launches planes from it's own carriers. The AI treats carriers as just another surface combat vessel and that sure shortchanges the AI. Please program the AI to base naval bombers on carriers and to attack with them. I sure would like an AI opponent on the seas that launches carrier strikes as that would indeed make the naval warfare of the Pacific resemble history more not to mention making one keep his air guard up.

Cool More naval attacks

Maximillian I,
El Comando Supremo I am sure glad you picked up on my carrier air unit request for the AI. Another thing I've noticed is a lack of air attacks on naval units. I haven't seen any against my ships. Once I had over 20 SU air squadrons over some fleets of mine near Turku and the SU air units stayed over my fleets for over two weeks. When they finally broke off I noticed they were retreating as routed units that had lost a battle. I never got a battle call for my fleets there and am guessing that it was my allies's air units that were roaming around the vicinity that did the trick.

Please make sure that AI air units, especially torpedo and naval bombers, attack ships at sea. Right now I sure don't see it.

What bother me in fact is that this bug, being a blatant one, should have been spotted & corrected a long time ago. Now I know that the paradox team is very dedicated, but still I dont understand many things in the whole story of HoI developpment.
