A-Bomb mid-air loading bug

I am playing the USA in my first HOI game. I discovered the A-Bomb early on and have B-24J Liberators stationed at Bonin Islands. I sent the air group on a mission to strategic bomb Osaka and I wanted to nuke the place. I hadn't quite figured out how to load the A-Bombs correctly yet and the planes took off for Osaka sans A-Bombs. A little way out from Bonin Islands I got the idea to check out one of the bomber divisions and there I found I could add the A-Bomb. I was happy to figure out how to load A-Bombs on planes, but then realization struck that I had done a mid-air A-Bomb load! I haven't quite got to researching mid-air refueling yet I think and here I can load A-Bombs in mid air.

Please fix this so that A-Bombs can only be loaded on planes that are based and not flying around in the air.
