Peacefull Germans

yesterday I played a strange game of HOI as the Soviets on normal/normal. The strangeness being that the germans never waged war against the allies.
In the beginning I was rather agressive, wich caused a very low war-entry for the democratic states. Then Hitler decided that Sudetenland was to stay in the hands of Checkoslovakia. At some point the Molotov-Ribbentropp event came about and initially I attempted the Unholy alliance, but being unhappy with the results reloaded an autosave.
After that, this event did not resurface.

In 1942 I annexed Poland.
In 1943 Germany DoW me. With the bulk of my army busy taking India and Africa from the Allies the Germans drive into Poland and actually takes Warshava before I can cut of his divisions and occupy Germany. The rest is just worlddomination.

Now i would like to know have anyone else played a game where Germany:
a) Did not take Sudetenland
b) Did not take Poland
c) Only ever waged one war (wich they lost), and NOT againt the allies

Not me, but then I'm seeing Japan go crazy in my latest game. They've taken China and E. Indies, then went Left in their elections and did not join the Axis. Their puppet, Manchukuo, is an Axis member but not Japan.

Now I'm faced with the decision whether to use all those divisions I shipped to the Phillipines. I need them if I have any hope of taking Europe back.
