Today I spend working on it, so I hope it will be useful. It is editor for AI files, programmed in VB6, so VB 6 RunTime is needed.

This editor was done because I need edit AI file(s) frequently. If you are part of boehm's Non-Player PBEM Game it could be useful, and more time you spend on playing than editing AI files.

We are still in need of players!!! Take a look.

Find all needed and up-to date information the site above, in Products section.

To run it, you need mentioned VisualBasic 6 RunTime, available on the MS web site or on my site too .

So try it and send any bug reports, suggestions or wishes to me at this address.

It is very early version, far from the perfect one.

But could be useful.

jeez the editor is bigger than the AI file itself...

It is understandable for scenarios, but AI files are so small and understandable I find it easier to edit them with wordpad.

Understandable the editor would be bigger than the AI files!

the AI files are very small.

I will download this and try it out. I bet it is a useful tool.

Hopefully it makes my life easier..

Yes, it is. But it's also my first editor for EU2 and maybe not last. I only had to try resolve easier problem fist, then start with more complex.

At least the country lists, continents, regions and areas should be useful.

As I posted elsewhere, very helpful!

Especially for our nonplayer pbem game, where one can change one's ai every turn, which is still accepting players by the way (13/20 spots full). *shameless plug*

My next objective is to catch as many bugs as it gets and add some more help.

Another idea is the ability of filtering regions, areas and maybe countries by continent and so.

It would be helpful if the list for "Add Continent, Region, Area" did infact mention the names of the continents, regions and areas instead just a complete list of all countries....

I have added new function of filtering regions, countries and areas, so check it. Download update and enjoy new functions.

Additional functions in version 1.01
- list of 5 recently edited files in File menu
- filter function enables you to filter in Select Country/Region/Area form
- program settings are now remembered
- enhanced multiple selection method was added to list box controls (Combat, Continents, Regions, Areas, Select *)

Repaired Bugs from version 1.00
- invalid values loaded to list boxes when opening file multiple times

Lord Ederon, my Sabaron-Poland AI crashes your editor for no reason that I can discern... normally I'd send it to you but since we're competitors in the non-player PBEM, I'm not sure that I should.

When I load my AI in it, it gives me a runtime error, and errors for every AI field in the right-hand column.

I know we are competitors, but you can send me your file to track the bug. We are not direct competitors and I will be discreet as I can. So consider it yourself.
