Supreme Ruler 2020 Update 2 Now Available
Use the 'Check for Updates' feature in the SR2020 Program Menu to locate and download the Latest SR2020 Update.
Update 2 is a complete package (it will update any prior version, Digital download or Retail or Update 1) to the latest version. The Update Installer is in English only, but the Update itself is in both English and German, and will automatically detect the language of the original installation. Download size is about 43 MB. Features Include: UPDATE TWO (Version 5.2.1) NOTES Scenario Changes and Additions For Update Two New Scenario added: Kashmir Objective – As India you must reclaim the region of Kashmir while keeping Pakistan out of the action. Update Two Changes Fixed Save Game / AI Resign bug Corrected 'Allow WMD' setting from Lobby World Market price no longer reset on game load Bridges now build correctly in center of hex; can be scrapped Scrap/Destroy now work differently Adjustments made to Diplomatic Difficulty settings Added 'No Debt' support to game lobby options Fixed Ground units firing on mid-air units in certain conditions Eliminated Regions are now carved up by regions at war with them Scrap/Destroy/Offline now deploy units from bases Helicopters de-stack from hex before mission air units Save game file corruption of large/special case games now fixed Leaders are now better matched to regions Oceanic complexes don't go offline when taken over damaged Enemy/Neutral units show yellow (not red) firing ground-hud Ports are highlighted without selection in Unit Tab when Branch chosen Double-click on spy list can now be used to give then an order Rare Arctic circle crash fixed Resolved missiles not finding platforms to deploy to Garrisons no longer able to engage air units Can no longer build naval fabrication inland Units now deploy if order to deactivate, scrap or destroy is given to a reserve facility Eliminated countries divide land with enemy regions with shared borders. Quick question, do cache files need to be rebuilt or are they included in the patch? Also, can AI do sea invasions now?

super thanks downloading, played that stupid Civ4 Bts till 4 in the morning, even I hated it, as the fighting part is crap ( bowmen killing tank ... no supply no different unit types needed and so on ... ) okay SR2020 could be in the future the one and only real strategy game , if that engine could handle it ... I hope so and yes I am willing to buy also upgrades every 12 months or so IF GAME WILL GET more complicated with them ... anyway thank you for the update , now have a nice weekend, as we have to work now :-) to manage our countries

AFTER PATCH ->
heeeelp dear BG Staff, okay loaded my old save game ... and the first I looked was, if I got Nuclear Missiles back or at least I could develop some, but nothing ... I couldn't trade the techs anymore or get blueprints ... I only have found that button (which was also before there) to allow nukes , which I have done, but the nukes are still gone in my game. AS I SAID AND I AM SURE, I started the game WITH NUKES ALLOWED ... it deactivated itself after some time ... SO HOW COULD I ACTIVATE THEM AGAIN ... yes I know to start a new game, but didn't really want to play everything again for that 17 years ... as it could be choosen when the game is created, how could I do it myself (HEXEDITOR) to activate it in my save game again. THANKS |

2 Questions
About these two elements
**Precision Spotting not implemented What is ment by this, did presision spotting not work so it was removed or is it just that this has never worked and is not yet fixed? **Enhanced tool tips added over facility inspection in Land Department What was actually added? It still does not appear we get any information of the ACTUAL Production of the facility, just a repeat the the max potential capacity of a facility of that type. |

If i understand well (update 53% dnl) derricks are still not buildable, continuous agreements still impossible to cancel and technology level still useless. Ok
![]() Actually, i do prefer building my units from USA than having to develop them myself so please don't fix that or small countries won't ever make it! ![]() The region falls bug was annoying, i just can't wait to try the game now! Are ICBM now working ?

At this point ICBMs would be a "new feature", since what we had was not meshing well with what we were going to release and it got scratched. The focus of this update had to be limited features and mostly bug fixes so that it could be done quickly. Look for future updates to add more features.

I have activated nukes but they didn't showed up ...
okay so I have to use ... biological and chemical weapons, that I have seen I could research ... will give the order :-) anyway it was more for my enemies, to prevent me from attacking ... as for my army there is no problem to conquer the whole world, even I think I would need two hundred years if I look at the size of the map and how long I need to get rid of that garrisons :-) anyway would the AI used nukes ? |
