new British surrender event chain

as Germany, I often practise superblitzkrieg, play historically till 39, finish poland in three days, then till april 40 finish france, till may 40 invade home islands, till end of 40 bitter peace soviets, till july 41 force brits to capitulate.

and here comes the unpleasant surprise. to have brits in axis is plus, you inherit royal navy so i tend to have them capitulated. but for that you need at least have home islands, northern egypt and india in yr, ie. axis hands. then the event fires. but, and that but is rather big, the original paradox event screws the game up little bit... part of the original event is independence for india and egypt. in fact, only those territories, which were controlled by british before the event pops up go to them, all other provinces, controlled by axis go back to brits. in fact it means, that india would have like three provinces and egypt those nice desert ones... i was not satisfied with such an outcome.

so, i have divided the event in two parts: 1) surrender + 2) new order in british empire - brits give independence to all asian colonies + egypt, they hand american holdings to us and canada, they hand also important ports to axis (scapa flow, portsmouth, suez, gibraltar and hong kong), they also lost cores on any former asian holdings. now i am happy
